Python bin()函数返回给定整数的二进制字符串。
语法: bin(a)
参数:a : 要转换的整数
返回值:整数或 int 对象的二进制字符串。
异常:在参数中发送浮点值时引发类型错误。

示例 3:使用 bin()和 index()
这里我们把类的对象发送到 bin 方法，使用的是 python 特殊方法 index() 方法，总是返回正整数，如果值不是整数，就不能是上升误差。
